Common Agricultural Policy

The Common Agricultural Policy is a system of payments and refunds for some agricultural - food-article merchandise, which are in circulation among the member countries of the European Union, and the third countries. In Poland, the payment service, the release of permissions and considering the applications for refunds, are operated by the Agricultural Market Agency.

To receive a refund from the European Union, it is required to follow specific procedures and to fill in additional documents, such as the application WPR 1, or the T5 card.
